Gwyneth Paltrow appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show recently to talk about her post-natal depression. Paltrow said she experienced baby blues after giving birth to Moses, her second child, in 2006.
Paltrow credited her good friend, Madonna, for helping her pull out of depression. After a long dinner with Madonna, Paltrow realized that she had to overcome her depression. She had felt different after delivering Moses and could not put her finger on what was wrong. Paltrow said she would have sought professional help had she realized she was suffering from post natal depression.
Paltrow told Winfrey that Madonna gave her plenty of advice on coping with various aspects in life. She said she was grateful to have Madonna as a friend.
