Sarah Jessica Parker

To look upon the face of Claire Danes is to discover an exquisitely expressive canvas for all the emotional colorings of life. This remarkably self-possessed young performer brought startling authenticity as well as intelligence and complexity to her starring role in the landmark high school/family drama "My So-Called Life" (ABC, 1994-95). Danes' often heartrending portrayal of a fifteen-year-old coping with the rigors of adolescence contributed to the cult series' avalanche of kudos and won a Golden Globe Award and an Emmy nod for its rising star. The low-rated, short-lived program counted Steven Spielberg and Winona Ryder among its followers.

Screen Media Films has picked up Sarah Jessica Parker's racially charged drama "Spinning Like Butter" for North American distribution.

A statuesque brunette of Irish descent, Bridget Moynahan first turned heads as Mr. Big’s fresh-faced wife Natasha on “Sex and the City” (HBO, 1998-2004) before landing roles in some of Hollywood’s biggest blockbusters. A natural beauty, Moynahan began her career as a model, appearing in a number of fashion magazines. Shifting her career towards acting, she went on to land starring roles in such high profile flicks as “The Sum of All Fears” (2002), “The Recruit” (2003) and “I, Robot” (2004).

So it looks like Sarah Jessica Parker is already talking about the next Sex And The City film. But it's hardly time to set a date with your girlfriends-it's not even official yet. However, Parker told USMagazine.com that she'll be discussing the possibility with writer Michael Patrick King pretty soon.

Don't break out the cosmos just yet.
The buzzed-about Sex and the City movie sequel isn't official.
Sarah Jessica Parker tells Usmagazine.com that she and writer Michael Patrick King will "have that conversation sooner rather than later."
At Thursday's DVD party in NYC, she said, "It’s all about the story. If we can’t tell a story that’s really worthy of an audience, then we won't do it.
"We've been really lucky at this point," she continued.

It's that time of year again. People has released its picks for the 10 Best Dressed Stars of 2008.

Alicia (pronounced a-LEE-cee-a) Silverstone first gained attention in a popular trilogy of Aerosmith videos ("Cryin'", "Amazing" and "Crazy") and the feature "The Crush" (1993), sort of a "Fatal Attraction" for the Clearasil set. Already strikingly attractive and remarkably self-assured, the then-15-year-old blonde dazzled in her video appearances, playing a burgeoning sexpot with an edge. In "The Crush", Silverstone portrayed an unstable teen in love with an older man (Carey Elwes).

BIOGRAPHY

It was difficult to say whether Shannen Doherty was best known for her acting or her off camera antics. As Brenda Walsh, twin sister to Brandon and the resident Midwestern girl putting down roots in Beverly Hills, Doherty made her mark on pop cultural history with her four-year stint on Fox's iconic TV hit, “Beverly Hills, 90210” (1990-2000). At the same time she played virginal Brenda, Doherty began attracting media attention – both tabloid and mainstream – for her perceived temperamental behavior off screen.
